    This Milwaukee 48-11-1024 / 48-11-1014 / 48-11-1000 14.4-volt POWER PACK is a replacement battery pack built by Bluff Valley Battery.  Our packs are built per order so you know you get a fresh pack, not one sitting on a shelf for 6 months.  Our standard packs use only quality 1.2 Volt, 2200 mAh NiCd cells.  When assembled, tested, and inspected, these packs actually test out at 2200 mAh, 19.65 VOLTS!  You can also upgrade to our NiMh cells available in 2600 mAh, 3000 mAh, 3400 mAh, or 3800 mah.  We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our battery packs.  In addition, we rebuild all brands.  Just send us you old battery pack ( we recycle all batteries) and we will rebuild it and send it back out to you in 5 to 7 days.  Call us at 651-448-0064.

      Battery rebuild and replacement kit

      Battery was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and well packed. After installing the battery pack it performed well and only needed a short charge to fully charge it. The only question I have is: when ordering batteries with higher amp ratings, how do I know I received the correct batteries?

      Rebuild kit arrived quickly and was securely packaged. Installation was a breeze and the new cells measure 15.95 volts when fully charged. My only concern is that the battery gets very warm when charging. Don't know if this is a problem or not. Time will tell.

      Easy to change out the battery packs. Arrived almost fully charged. Have t had a chance to really use my drill yet to evaluate longevity of charge but the flashlight is very bright again and the drill seems to have a lot of power. Very happy so far.

      Easy to rebuild. Need torx driver or bit. Least expensive by a few dollars compared to other vendors/services.

      With the spring loaded clips not quite as straightforward as the video, but no problems. So far the rebuilt battery working as expected.
